Brand Ambassador – Part-Time
Overview
We're seeking outgoing, reliable individuals to promote a free digital product through live community activations across Vancouver.
This role involves engaging with members of the public, introducing them to the product, and assisting with free user signups at parks, beaches, festivals, shopping districts, and other high-traffic locations.
Current shifts are available on Saturdays and Sundays from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
A smartphone is required to demonstrate the app and assist with signups.
Duties
- Engage with the public in a friendly and professional manner
- Introduce people to a free digital product
- Assist with free user signups
- Generate brand awareness and positive customer experiences
- Represent the brand professionally during activations
- Accurately track signups and campaign activity
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
- Reliable, self-motivated, and professional
- Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods
- Must have access to a smartphone
Experience in promotions, events, hospitality, customer service, sales, fundraising, fitness, acting, or other customer-facing roles is an asset but not required.
Compensation
Performance-based hourly compensation:
- $30/hour — up to 30 signups per hour
- $40/hour — 40 signups per hour
- $50+/hour — 50 or more signups per hour
The product is free to use, with no purchase, credit card, or financial commitment required.
