Pay Rate: $22–$25/hour (based on experience)

Hours: 3:00 AM – 11:00 AM

We are currently hiring an experienced Baker for a busy production bakery in Lindsay, ON. This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in scratch baking, including dough preparation and production of a wide variety of breads and buns in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience making dough from scratch and producing high-quality baked goods consistently while meeting daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and bakery products completely from scratch
- Bake a wide variety of breads and buns (100+ different products)
- Follow recipes, measurements, and production schedules accurately
- Monitor baking times, product quality, and consistency
- Operate bakery equipment and machinery safely
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Work efficiently in a high-volume production environment
- Support the team in meeting daily production goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–5 years of baking experience required
- Strong experience with scratch baking and dough preparation
- Experience in a commercial or production bakery preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working early morning shifts starting at 3:00 AM
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
