Naksar Law Professional Corporation is a full-service law firm based in GTA. We serve clients across the Greater Toronto Area with a focus on family law, civil litigation, wills and estates, real estate and employment law. Our team is committed to providing compassionate, results-driven legal representation particularly to the South Asian diaspora community across the GTA.
We are a growing firm with an entrepreneurial culture. We bring the clients. You manage the files.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, licensed Ontario lawyer to join our team on a commission split basis, focused primarily on family law and civil litigation matters. You will manage your files independently from intake through to resolution, with the support of our in-house law clerk and practice management systems. Start date is immediate or negotiable.
This is an opportunity for a self-driven lawyer who wants to build a strong practice without the overhead of running their own firm.

- Handle civil litigation matters in compliance with the Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure
- Manage deadlines, court timelines, and procedural requirements with accuracy and care
- Maintain organized, up-to-date files and accurate time records in CosmoLex (our practice management software)
- Communicate proactively with clients at key milestones, keeping them informed throughout their matter
- Collaborate with the principal lawyer and law clerk on file strategy and client service as needed
- Uphold professional obligations under the LSO Rules of Professional Conduct at all times
Required Qualifications
- Called to the Ontario Bar; member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario (LL.B or J.D.)
