Job Summary
We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Cooks to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be passionate about food, committed to quality, and able to perform consistently in a fast-paced lodge kitchen while contributing to an outstanding guest dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Complete daily prep and service duties efficiently and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas and equipment
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Assist with inventory management, food storage, and waste reduction
- Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen team members
- Accommodate guest dietary needs and special requests when required
- Support overall kitchen operations and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant, hotel, or lodge environment preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Culinary training or certification is an asset but not required
