We are currently looking for a caring and responsible Summer Camp Coordinator to support our summer camp program for young children aged approximately 5–7 years old.

Job Summary
The Summer Camp Coordinator supports the daily operations and administration of the summer camp program. This role helps ensure the camp runs smoothly, safely, and professionally by assisting with scheduling, attendance tracking, student transitions, staff coordination, basic parent communication under supervision, and event support. The Coordinator plays an important role in maintaining organization, supporting program delivery, and creating a positive experience for students, families, and staff.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily coordination and smooth operation of the summer camp program.
- Support student check-in, attendance tracking, dismissal, and daily transitions between activities.
- Help organize student groups, classroom flow, staff support needs, and activity schedules.
- Assist with maintaining a safe, orderly, and professional camp environment.
- Support communication of basic updates to parents and guardians under supervision.
- Help prepare for special events, performances, presentations, and on-site activities.
- Assist with classroom and activity space setup, materials organization, and end-of-day cleanup.
- Monitor daily routines and report scheduling, behavioural, safety, or operational concerns to supervisors.
- Provide administrative support related to camp records, schedules, and program documentation.
- Work collaboratively with instructors, counsellors, and supervisors to support high-quality camp delivery.

Job Qualifications
Youth aged 15 to 30 and legally eligible to work in Canada under the Canada Summer Jobs program. Responsible, reliable, organized, and professional. Strong communication, teamwork, and basic problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced camp environment and supporting the supervision and coordination of children's daily activities. Experience in tutoring, camp support, youth leadership, volunteering, administration, or working with children is an asset but not required. Ability to follow safety procedures, support daily transitions, and communicate respectfully with students, staff, and parents under supervision.
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
