Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our facilities. This role is vital in ensuring that our environment remains hygienic, organized, and welcoming for all visitors and staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience in cleaning and facilities maintenance.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct deep cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and floor polishing as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, break rooms, and other shared spaces
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
- Follow established safety procedures during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines to ensure all areas are maintained consistently and efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ability to perform light maintenance tasks as needed for facilities upkeep
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move around for extended periods
- Reliable work ethic with punctuality and professionalism at all times
