The Liberal Party of Canada is seeking a Coordinator, Riding Fundraising Support for an opportunity to join a dedicated team of staff to support Mark Carney and our Liberal team as we work to keep building a stronger Canada.

The Riding Fundraising Support will be responsible for supporting riding fundraising efforts, by working closely with our Field program and our volunteer riding associations across the country.

- Support the Director Fundraising programs , in coordinating virtual and in-person riding fundraising events with special guests across Canada.
- Provide administrative support for events by generating relevant event products such as email communications, detailed itineraries, posting events in Salesforce, and generating reports on fundraising activities as needed.
- Organizing and leading briefing calls with special guests and Riding Associations to provide planning assistance and ensure compliance with political fundraising regulations.
- Support the -Director, Fundraising programs with developing call scripts, mail, and email templates, and providing reports on the program’s progress.
- Responsible for tracking program performance by updating internal tracking tools, creating memos for senior management, as well as generating reports as needed.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance of events with Party policies and Elections Canada fundraising regulations.
- Maintain a budget and ensure all expenses are approved and fit within the budget.
- Build positive working relationships across the country and with related teams in Ottawa
- Other duties as required.
- Post-secondary diploma/degree
- Skilled Administrator – Track a wide array of projects and ensure they are completed on time.
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Strong data analysis skills, attention to detail and accuracy are a must.
- Demonstrate judgment and discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.
- Computer skills – proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and at least 1 year experience working with databases and CRM software; Liberalist and/or Salesforce experience is an asset.
- Good communicator – Skilled at oral and written communications.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French are highly preferred.
