Responsibilities

Identify and pursue business opportunities with new and existing clients to support company growth.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and project delivery.

Align project outcomes with client expectations and organizational standards.

Represent and promote the company's values and reputation throughout all project activities.

Manage all phases of construction projects from initiation through completion.

Coordinate project planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and construction professionals to achieve project objectives.

Supervise subcontractors and consultants to ensure quality, safety, and schedule requirements are met.

Monitor project budgets, schedules, risks, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Provide leadership and support to project teams while promoting a collaborative work environment.
-
Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations, policies, and industry standards.

Identify project challenges and implement effective solutions to maintain project progress.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communications.
-
Support business development efforts and contribute to organizational success.
Qualifications
-
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
-
Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) designation required; Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation will also be considered.

Minimum 5 years of direct project management experience.
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior project leadership role.
-
Experience working within a mid-sized construction organization is considered an asset.

Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office applications.

Experience managing construction crews and field operations.
-
Strong understanding of public and private sector contracting.
-
Experience with design-build contracts, public tender calls, and prequalification contracts.
-
In-depth knowledge of building envelope systems and pre-engineered buildings.

Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
-
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
-
Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Federal Top Secret Security Clearance is considered a strong asset.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
