Our client is looking for a Night Shift Welder to join their team in the manufacturing of stainless steel agricultural products. As a Night Shift Welder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of their production processes, operating in a fast-paced setting with a focus on precision and safety.
This position is located in Rosenort, MB - roughly 35 minutes south of Winnipeg.

Responsibilities
- Perform stainless steel MIG welding tasks.
- Operate welding equipment, grinders, and tank-building machinery.
- Assemble and weld tanks according to specifications.
- Follow pre-determined weld settings to ensure consistency and quality.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs.

Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in MIG welding.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work the night shift ($3 hourly premium).
