Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare services and treatments to our clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. You will also play a vital role in promoting our products and services, contributing to an inviting atmosphere that reflects our commitment to guest services and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, manicure, pericure, threading,tinting, reflexology, and massage.
- Sanitate all tools and workspaces to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and managing client inquiries.
- Engage in retail sales by recommending products that suit clients' needs based on their skin types and preferences.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients about skincare products and techniques.
- Provide excellent guest services by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client concerns promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of current trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
- Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
- Strong skills in Threading, tinting, body waxing, facials, manicure and pedicure, and skincare treatments.
- Experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
- Retail sales experience is a plus; ability to engage clients effectively in product discussions.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices related to skincare services is essential.
- Previous experience in hair styling is advantageous but not required.
