About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing dental team. The Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for helping patients understand their recommended treatment, insurance coverage, financial options, and next steps while working closely with our dentists and clinical team.
Responsibilities:
- Present and explain treatment plans, procedures, and treatment options to patients.
- Discuss treatment costs, insurance coverage, estimates, and payment options.
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with pre-determinations and insurance claims.
- Schedule and coordinate treatment appointments based on patient needs.
- Follow up with patients regarding outstanding or unscheduled treatment.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans using dental practice management software.
- Communicate with patients by phone, email, and in person.
- Coordinate with dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and the front desk team to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Assist with billing, financial arrangements, and other administrative duties as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming and positive patient experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental office or treatment coordination role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and dental insurance.
- Experience with dental practice management software is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable discussing treatment plans, fees, and financial options with patients.
- Professional, friendly, confident, and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative dental team.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
