In this fast-paced role, you'll guide customers through their service experience, communicate repair recommendations, coordinate with technicians, and help ensure every customer leaves feeling confident and valued.
What You'll Do

Welcome and assist customers throughout their service visit

Schedule and prepare customer appointments

Identify vehicle concerns through customer conversations and vehicle walk-arounds

Communicate repair and maintenance recommendations clearly and professionally

Prepare estimates and repair orders with transparency

Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to keep repairs on track

Provide updates and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

Help achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals
