Job Description:
- Answering incoming customer service calls and responding to clients’ emails
- Responding to general inquires about products, parts, and service
- Build and maintain relationship with all dealers.
- Provide product information and specs on the full MK Martin line of product
- Process Sales Order for new orders. Send out order acknowledgements confirmations.
- Keep records of customer interactions, recording details of inquires/comments and any action required
Skills and Experience:
- Be friendly and courteous in response to all customers needs
- Basic understanding of agricultural equipment
- Self motivated with a sense of enthusiasm that motivates customers
- Excellent verbal (and written) communication and interpersonal skills
- Geographical knowledge (USA and Canada)
- Ability to learn and explain technical product details to dealers and end customers
- Proficiency with basic office software (email, spreadsheets, possibly ERP/inventory systems)
Future Possibility:
- Transition to fulltime sales role as TM with assigned territory
- Travel the road visiting dealers to further maintain and build relationships
- Ability to drive long distances and via airlines on occasion
- Expected to travel 1 week per month (12 weeks of travel per year)
