What You’ll Be Doing
- Performing medical aesthetic treatments with confidence and professionalism
- Conducting client consultations and skin analysis’, and developing customized treatment plans
- Providing exceptional client care before, during, and after treatments
- Educating clients on skincare, treatment options, and homecare recommendations
- Building strong client relationships that encourage loyalty and referrals
- Maintaining accurate treatment records and documentation
- Upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism
Ideal Qualifications
- Certified Medical Esthetician 2 years min experience.
- Previous experience in a medical spa, cosmetic clinic, or aesthetic practice preferred
- Strong knowledge of skincare, aesthetic treatments, and client care. Such as AlumierMD, SkinCeuticals, SkinBetter, Coloresciene Etc.
- Excellent communication and consultation skills
- Sales confidence and ability to recommend appropriate treatments and products
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Passion for aesthetics and delivering outstanding client results
