SALES ADMINISTRATOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE (Part Time)
Avenue Road Roofing, a leader in residential roofing and exterior services for over 50 years, is seeking a professional, detail‑oriented Sales Administrator to support our customer service and sales operations. This role is ideal for a mature, career‑focused individual who thrives in a fast‑paced construction office environment.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent, clear, professional English communication (written and verbal)
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in construction, trades, or home‑services
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Word, Excel
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Professional and courteous phone manner
- Ability to learn construction‑related software quickly
- Positive attitude, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
- Administration of sold jobs and customer files
- Sales documentation and reporting
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
- Entering leads into customer service software
- General office duties and administrative support
Schedule
- On‑site at our Toronto office (Dufferin/Lawrence)
- Part time: 3 days/week, 8 AM – 4 PM
- No weekends or statutory holidays
- Reduced hours may occur Dec–Feb
Compensation & Benefits
