Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly, adhering to food safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, following proper food handling procedures.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after shifts as needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant or food service industry roles, with knowledge of serving and bartending best practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and cashiering.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, making change, and calculating bills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Hospitality-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor and teamwork spirit.
