Roy's Chevrolet Buick GMC in Green Valley is looking for our next great salesperson — and we're not looking for car experience first. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves talking to people.
If you're the type who's comfortable picking up the phone, firing off a text, jumping on a video call, posting on social media, or striking up a conversation with a total stranger — and you actually enjoy it — we want to hear from you. We can teach you everything about selling vehicles: the Chevrolet, Buick and GMC lineup, the process, the paperwork. What we can't teach is a natural love of communication, and that's exactly what we're hiring for.
Roy's has been family-owned and serving Green Valley, Alexandria and the surrounding area for over 60 years. Our customers come back generation after generation, and this job is about building those relationships — not pressure tactics.
What you'll do
- Connect with customers by phone, text, email, video and social media — and in person on the lot
- Greet customers, identify their needs, and guide them to the right Chevrolet, Buick or GMC for their budget
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
- Work deals through to close with support from management
- Follow up after the sale to keep customers happy and earn referrals
- Day shifts with some Saturdays as required
What we're looking for
- Outgoing, confident communicator in any format — this is the #1 requirement
- A real social media presence and the instinct to use it — big asset
- Bilingual English/French preferred in our community
- Comfortable with computers and everyday software
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and own transportation
- OMVIC salesperson registration, or willingness to get certified (we'll walk you through it)
- Sales experience is an asset, not a requirement. Full training provided.
