Qualifications, Skills, Experience:
· CPA designation
· Proficiency with accounting and tax software (CaseWare and Jazz-It is an asset)
· 4 or more years of public practice experience
· Strong corporate and personal tax knowledge
· Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication (written and verbal)
· Strong time management abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines
Duties and responsibilities:
· Conduct detailed reviews of compilation, review and tax engagements
· Prepare technical reports and summaries outlining engagement findings
· Managing and preparing various types of returns
· Supervising, coaching and providing timely feedback to junior team members
· Filing GST, WCB and payroll remittances
· Other related duties as required
Salary:
Salary will be based on level of experience and education
