Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in medical or dental offices is required.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using the EMR (Cerbo).
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using computer skills and QuickBooks when necessary.
- Handle filing, record keeping, and document management with excellent organizational skills.
- Assist with administrative duties such as proofreading, copying, and faxing documents.
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Support bookkeeping and billing processes as needed in medical office settings.
Requirements
- Proven clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a front desk or reception role.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry software.
- Experience with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and composure.
