One of our clients is currently hiring motivated and reliable Shift Leaders to join their team in Grande Prairie, Alberta. In this role, you will support daily operations, supervise team members during assigned shifts, and help maintain excellent customer service and workplace efficiency.
This position requires flexible availability, including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Responsibilities
· Supervise and support staff during assigned shifts
· Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
· Deliver excellent customer service
· Assist with opening and closing duties
· Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
· Support training and onboarding of new team members
· Maintain cleanliness, safety, and company standards
· Assist management with shift reporting and team coordination
Qualifications
· Previous 2-3 Years leadership or customer service experience preferred
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Reliable, punctual, and dependable
· Flexible availability required
· Ability to lead by example and motivate team members
Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
