Handyman Technician

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general handyman services, including:
- Drywall repair and installation
- Painting and finishing
- Flooring installation and repairs (tile, laminate, hardwood, etc.)
- Basic plumbing repairs and fixture replacements
- Basic electrical work (light fixtures, outlets, switches)
- Door and window repairs/replacements
- General carpentry and assembly
- Troubleshoot repair and maintenance issues
- Deliver high-quality workmanship with attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients
- Travel to job sites using personal transportation and tools
Qualifications & Requirements:
✅ Minimum 3 years of handyman/maintenance experience
✅ Strong skills in general repairs, carpentry, painting, and minor plumbing/electrical work
✅ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
✅ Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
✅ Own tools are required
✅ Strong work ethic, professionalism, and punctuality
✅ Good communication and customer service skills
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
