Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure deals that align with company goals
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support sales objectives
- Manage sales pipelines using CRM tools such as Salesforce to track progress and forecast revenue
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on project management activities related to client onboarding and account development
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client needs
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and differentiation
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand professional network and promote company offerings
Skills
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles with a track record of achieving targets
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent project management capabilities to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Proficiency in marketing strategies relevant to B2B or B2C environments
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for pipeline management
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills to foster trust and loyalty
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas persuasively

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
