Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to become the first point of contact for our clients. This part-time position plays a key role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience from the initial inquiry through to appointment completion, follow-up and other administrative duties and tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, text, email, and social media
- Book appointments and manage the daily schedule
- Coordinate and reschedule appointments when needed
- Send appointment confirmations and reminders
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Follow up with customers after their service
- Assist with lead management and customer intake
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when appropriate
- Support the owners with administrative and operational tasks
- Help ensure a smooth and organized daily workflow

- Professional, friendly, and confident speaking with customers
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable learning and using technology and scheduling software
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Reliable, responsive, and dependable
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, reception, scheduling, or coordination is considered an asset
