We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Drive thru, Front Counter or back end food prep
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all service areas, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen support as needed to ensure timely service
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and cashiering functions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation practices within the food industry
- Ability to perform basic math for billing, cash handling, and inventory checks
- Experience with food preparation, serving, and supporting kitchen operations is preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on guest services and positive interactions
