We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing a variety of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operational performance. Potential to have Service Truck, must be willing to work on call overnight hours during snow storms.
Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and techniques
- Repair or replace faulty parts, components, or systems to restore equipment functionality
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used
- Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities
- Assist in troubleshooting complex mechanical problems and recommend improvements for efficiency
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times
Experience
- Proven experience as a mechanic in an industrial, manufacturing, or related environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components is desirable
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints effectively
- Experience with diagnostic tools and repair equipment is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings
- Relevant certifications or licenses such as Red Seal certification or equivalent are advantageous

Pay: $35.00-$46.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44.0 – 60.0 per week
