Wave Bathroom Renovations is looking for an EXPERIENCED bathroom renovation installers familiar with the nuances of a residential construction site. Must have excellent customer facing skills.
Applicants will not be considered without previous experience in complete residential bathroom renovations. Must be able to see bathrooms you have done, no exceptions! If you cannot provide previous jobs you have done to actually see, and references, please do not apply.
Applicants will be required to work alongside a Wave installer for the first 3 jobs at a rate of 35.00/hr. If you have the skills listed below you will be eligible to earn 50-65/hr after skillset is verified.
Must be able to perform the following as it relates to installing a bathroom in an existing home:
Greeting customers
Laying out drop sheets and preparing the site for construction
Bathroom Tear Out
Plumbing relocations in wood framing, and in basement bathrooms
Framing
Some electrical
Bath and Shower installation
Shower valve / slidebar installation
Grab bar installations
Shower and Bath Door installations
Subfloor installations
Tile work including tile walls, ceilings, backsplashes, and floors may include installing large format tiles, Schluter Ubertile Wedi experience an asset
Cabinet and countertop installations
Sink and sink tap installs
Plumbing completions
Clean up and keeping the job site clean with emphasis on respecting our customers home
General construction and a willingness to solve issues as they come up on the job.
Willingness to train installers as demand grows
You will be supporting a South Side Bathroom Renovation showroom specifically designed with a set group of products. Tub to shower conversions, full gut and renovates, ensuite floor plan changes.
There will be steady work and opportunity to increase pay as skill level improves. Busy Showroom. Looking for a dependable, eager tradesperson to fill this long term position. Must supply own tools, vehicle.

Eligible candidates will be required to work alongside a Wave installer for a wage of 35/hour for at least 2 jobs before working independently on a Wave purchase order system at a wage of between 50-65/hour. Non negotiable.
