## Job Summary We are seeking an organized and customer-oriented Appointment Coordinator to join our team. The Appointment Coordinator will be responsible for managing appointment schedules, communicating with clients, and ensuring smooth operations within the office. ## Responsibilities - Schedule and confirm appointments for clients - Manage incoming calls and emails to book appointments - Coordinate with staff to ensure proper allocation of resources for appointments - Maintain accurate records of appointments and client information - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly - Assist in administrative tasks as needed ## Requirements - Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail - Proficiency in using scheduling software or tools - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
