The successful candidate will hold a Bachelors Degree or Community College diploma/certificate in a related field, plus 5 years of senior administrative support or relevant experience is required, including advanced knowledge of office administration practices, academic systems, corporate protocol and public relations. You also will have experience in organizations dealing with mental illness and/or addictions. The successful candidate must have the ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment; must be proficient at written communication and oral presentation; minute-taking skills are necessary. Advanced expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe and other software packages is required, and excellent organizational, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills. Bilingualism (French/English) is considered an asset.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hiring Salary Range: $ 63,824.57 - $79,780.71 per year ( based on qualifications and experience )
- Full Salary Range: $63,824.57 – $95,736.85 per year ( reflecting potential growth within the role )
