What your day and week could look like
Reporting to the Income and Funding Manager, a Funding Analyst plays an essential role in mitigating risk by verifying and validating consumer information and the accuracy of documentation provided for fulfillment of an auto loan.
This role comprises:

Reviewing the accuracy of loan documents received digitally from automotive dealer partners across the country in comparison to the loan approval and company policies by leveraging an internal workflow platform.

Interacting with automotive dealer partners, in writing and verbally, regarding discrepancies in document detail, calculations, loan terms and approval conditions

Accurate and timely data entry of contract, banking, and application details to ensure successful onboarding of the client’s loan

Working in a fast-paced environment to achieve departmental service level goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Providing dutiful customer service by answering inbound calls from dealer partners who require assistance in fulfilling loan documentation requirements or other general inquiries

Balancing attention and prioritization between new files and following up on outstanding files to ensure nothing slips through the cracks

Displaying commitment to teamwork and collaboration via clear and affirmative communication for the purposes of your professional correspondence and interpersonal interactions

Other administrative duties related to the working domain of the funding department which may arise as a consequence of the normal flow of business
