This position will need a responsible, collaborative individual with high energy and a passion for delivering superior customer service to families of all ages.
General Accountabilities
· Greet and welcome customers, instruct customers to sign waivers online and finish the purchase of the admission.
· Comply with the job duties, safety and sanitization procedures and company policies.
· Using the POS system and handling money.
· Troubleshoot any work-related problems.
· Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
· Confident and experienced in using social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
· Effectively address clients' concerns and complaints immediately.
· Supporting the daily operations of the Sky Castle and Mini Town, including facilities and machines maintenance and safety.
· Maintaining cleanliness of the facility, including but not limited to play structures, kitchen area, restaurant sitting area, washrooms, and general areas of the facilities at all times.
· Maintain a clean, organized and safe environment for kids to play
· Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Job Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Childcare certificates, reception and administrative practices-related experience would be assets
