Design the Next Generation of Aerospace Products
Bring Your Experience. Challenge the Status Quo. Help Build What's Next.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Aerospace Design Engineer to play a key role in the development of new aerospace products as we continue expanding our manufacturing capabilities.
This is an opportunity to work on challenging composite and metallic aerostructures from concept through production, helping transform ideas into manufacturable, high-quality products. We're looking for someone who brings strong technical expertise, practical engineering judgment, and an open mind to continuously improve how we design, industrialize, and manufacture aerospace products.
If you enjoy solving complex engineering challenges, working in a collaborative environment, and seeing your designs become reality, we'd like to meet you.
About the Role
As a Senior Aerospace Product Design Engineer, you will lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept through production launch while supporting new business opportunities for composite aerostructures.
Working closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Programs, and Supply Chain, you will develop innovative mechanical and structural designs using CATIA, ensuring products are optimized for manufacturability, assembly, cost, performance, and long-term reliability.
You'll perform engineering calculations, support structural assessments and FEA activities, guide prototype builds, participate in First Article Inspections (FAI), resolve technical challenges throughout the product lifecycle, and support engineering changes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your experience will help strengthen our engineering practices and contribute to the successful growth of our manufacturing business.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced engineer who enjoys turning complex technical challenges into practical manufacturing solutions.
