This summer, we’re building a camp team and we’re looking for therapists who genuinely love to play, connect, and show up for kids in a big way.
This is a summer camp position with strong potential to extend into part-time or full-time hours after the summer, based on fit and availability.
Clinic Location: 50 Doctor Kay Drive, Unit C18, Schomberg, ON L0G 1T0
WHY SUPERMINDS
At Superminds, neurodiversity is the foundation of everything we do. We lead with connection before compliance, dismantle ableism in our practice and our culture, and build programming that honours each child's autonomy and strengths.
We apply the same philosophy to our team. We see your strengths, invest in your growth, and build a role around what you love and excel at. Summer camp is where a lot of great things start here, many of our therapists extend into the fall and beyond.
If this sounds like your kind of place, we'd love to meet you.
THE ROLE
We are currently hiring Supervised Autism Therapists for our summer camp program at our Schomberg clinic.

Your day-to-day will include
- Leading play-based, connection-first activities and ABA programming in individual and small group formats
- Bringing energy, creativity, and consistency to every camp day: games, crafts, sensory play, social moments, and everything in between
- Implementing individualized programs and protocols as designed by the supervising RBA, woven naturally into the camp experience
- Supporting each child to participate, explore, and shine in ways that work for them
- Contributing to a camp culture where every child’s unique way of being in the world is celebrated, not just accommodated
