Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Painter / Foreman to lead and oversee painting projects within our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory skills, a solid background in construction and painting, and proficiency with industry-standard software. This role involves managing daily operations on-site, ensuring quality standards are met, and coordinating with team members to deliver projects efficiently and safely. The Painter / Foreman will play a critical role in maintaining high-quality workmanship while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate painting crews to ensure timely completion of projects
- Read and interpret blueprints.
- Oversee quality control measures to meet company standards and client expectations
- Conduct site inspections to monitor safety compliance and work progress
- Provide training and guidance to team members on proper techniques, safety protocols, and best practices
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth communication and project flow
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in construction or painting projects
- Extensive construction experience with a focus on quality control and safety standards
- Skilled in blueprint reading.
- Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and industry best practices is preferred
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and ensure efficient workflow
