Job Description
We are currently seeking a professional AZ Flatbed Truck Driver to join our transportation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating company trucks, ensuring timely deliveries, and upholding the highest standards of customer service and safety. This role is ideal for experienced drivers who want steady, year-round work with the benefit of being home most nights. You’ll primarily handle local deliveries, with some regional trips and the rare long-haul as required.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate an AZ truck for scheduled deliveries and pickups across Ontario and beyond.
- Transport goods including heavy materials such as steel extrusions, pipes, coils, and where required, general freight.
- Ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of cargo.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate driving logs.
- Comply with all company policies, safety standards, and government regulations.
- Provide excellent service and communication with clients and dispatch teams.
Work Schedule
- Local driving with occasional regional runs; rare long-haul assignments.
- Typical 50–60 hours/week, with weekends and overtime as required.
Requirements (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable truck driving experience in Canada.
- A valid Letter of Experience from a previous employer (if verifiable).
- Valid AZ driver’s license with clean Driver's Abstract and CVOR.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian road safety and transportation regulations.
- Ability to lift +50lbs on a regular basis
Preferred Qualifications (Assets)
- Experience driving flatbeds and container pickup and drop offs.
- Experience handling heavy materials such as steel extrusions, pipes, and coils.
- Strong understanding of load securement practices.
