Altima Cabinet Works Ltd. is a well established Winnipeg company, serving mainly the Winnipeg market for multi-unit projects, commercial millwork and single residential projects for over 24 years.
Our success is the result of our people, and we are looking for a self-motivated sales professional who is business minded, results driven and company focused to fill our position as Cabinetry designer and sales rep.
The responsibilities of the position
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Rep will help customers design and select residential cabinetry for their home, and guide the jobs through the entire sales process. Markets will include residential clients, contractors, home builders and developers.
- For residential clients you will meet with customers to review the requirements for their project and create a design with them to meet their project goals.
- For General Contractors and multi-unit projects, you will pursue opportunities and provide quotations based on the project specifications
- Once a project is awarded you will be responsible for submitting the orders, drawings and all relevant details to production.
- You will also be responsible for administering changes requested by the customer
- Follow up and after sales service is also a requirement for the position
Experience and Acquired Skills
Preference will be given to candidates who have a design and sales background in the cabinet industry. Other preferred skills/experience:
- Cabinet Vision software experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Results oriented with the ability to work in a team environment
- Proficiency with MS Office (including Outlook, Word and Excel).
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Driver’s License
