Under the supervision of the Operations Director, the Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for managing projects and business relationships from the client portfolio assigned to them. In this context, they lead, supervise, and train project managers and teams assigned to projects within their portfolio. Focused on producing efficient results, they collaborate in identifying necessary improvements related to the project management system, testing methodology, and tools, and oversee the integration of new developments. They participate in the company’s evolution as a member of the Management Committee.
