Delivery Driver & Clinic Support (Farm & Rural Route)
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver & Clinic Support person to join our team at our St. Clements location (just 10 minutes outside Waterloo).
What the role involves:
- Starting your day in St. Clements, you will work with a co-worker to plan the daily route, check and pack orders for inventory accuracy
- Deliver orders to farms and other rural stops using clinic vehicles. Routes can vary significantly and can reach up to 500 km per day.
- Assist with various tasks around the clinics and for clients, including cutting grass, cleaning, filing, shopping, and other team support duties.
- Hours vary by day and season to meet fluctuating demands. The end time of each day cannot always be predicted in advance.
Requirements:
- Full G driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy items (e.g., 50 lb bags of feed or 20L jugs of liquid)
- Fluent in both written and spoken English (essential for routing, communicating with the team, and handling orders)
- Reliable transportation to the St. Clements clinic (not accessible by public transit)
- Knowledge of rural roads in the area is a strong asset
- Comfort working in a physically active role with variable daily schedules
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys rural driving, and being part of a small team that supports local farms and clients. Days are varied and active — no two days are exactly the same.
