Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with various office software. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while gaining valuable administrative experience across multiple functions including data entry, customer service, and clerical support.

Responsibilities
- Handle filing, document management, and record keeping to ensure organized office operations
- Creating Documents using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Support administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
Experience
- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred,
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong typing, proofreading, and organizational skills required
- Customer service background with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills necessary
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, filing systems, and data entry processes preferred
Pay: From $16.90 per hour
