As a High-Pressure Cleaning Equipment Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, recommending the right equipment solutions, and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and committed to helping customers find the best solution for their applications.
Specific Duties:
- Engage with new and existing customers to understand their cleaning needs and recommend suitable equipment solutions
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including specifications, applications, and benefits
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and guide customers through selection and purchasing
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business
- Accurately maintain customer records, quotes, and sales activity in NetSuite
- Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Collaborate with service and support teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPI’s
- Attend industry events, trade shows, or training sessions as needed

- Strong problem-solving and consultative sales approach
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Ability to travel locally or regionally as needed
