Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position suited for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about basketball and youth development. The Coordinator will support daily operations, training sessions, events, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with training sessions, tryouts, games, and club events
- Take photos and videos during practices and events
- Edit photos and videos for social media and promotional use
- Communicate with coaches, players, and parents
- Support scheduling, coordination, and general club operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Photography skills (sports photography preferred)
- Video editing skills (experience with editing software required)
- Must have a car and be able to travel to different gym locations
- Basic knowledge and understanding of basketball
- Bilingual: Chinese and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, energetic, and able to work with youth athletes
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Approximately 30 hours per week
- Paid based on 40 hours per month
- Starting at $20/hour (based on experience)
- Full-time position
