Job Summary
Ironclad Plumbing is seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber or highly skilled Service Plumber to join our growing team in Fredericton, NB.
We're looking for someone who can work independently, diagnose plumbing issues efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally. This position involves residential and light commercial service work, including repairs, installations, maintenance, and emergency plumbing calls.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances
- Perform leak repairs, drain cleaning, fixture replacements, sump pump replacements, and water heater installations
- Troubleshoot plumbing systems and provide effective solutions
- Respond to service calls in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
- Maintain accurate job documentation and photos when required
- Keep company vehicles, tools, and work areas clean and organized
Qualifications Required
- Journeyman Plumber Licence or equivalent plumbing experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and working in confined spaces
Preferred
- Residential service plumbing experience
- Experience with drain cleaning equipment
- Experience with water heater repairs and replacements
- Experience responding to emergency service calls
- Experience working directly with customers

Compensation & Benefits
- $35.00–$50.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
