Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales and Service Technician to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional service to clients, performing installations, repairs, and maintenance, and supporting sales efforts through technical expertise. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction-related skills and be comfortable working with various tools and schematics. Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain equipment and systems according to client specifications and safety standards
- Home networking and Wi-Fi optimization
- Conduct site assessments and provide technical advice on product applications
- Managing assigned work orders efficiently and independently
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
- Support sales by demonstrating product features and benefits to clients during site visits
- Maintain detailed records of service activities, parts used, and customer interactionsRequirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems
- Good communication skills for effective customer interaction and team collaboration
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments
- Valid driver’s license preferred for travel between job sites
- A background in working with telecomm or similar systems is a plus
Contractor Requirements
- Valid business registration (if applicable)
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean driver’s abstract
- Reliable vehicle suitable for field work
- Smartphone and basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Willingness to complete background checks if required
- Ability to meet insurance or licensing requirements where applicable

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
