Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership and support large-scale infrastructure modernization initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure engineering initiatives across BFSI, Public Sector, and Telecom environments.
- Support modernization programs involving core banking systems, citizen services platforms, OSS/BSS systems, and telecom infrastructure.
- Design and maintain enterprise infrastructure services and shared capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Support telecom network services, 5G platforms, and enterprise digital environments.
- Collaborate with cloud, platform, security, and architecture teams.
- Implement automation, monitoring, and infrastructure governance controls.
- Ensure compliance with governance, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive infrastructure reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer within BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments.
- Experience supporting banking systems, government applications, OSS/BSS, billing, charging, or telecom infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies.
- Experience leading modernization and transformation initiatives.
- Experience with automation, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud technologies.
- Understanding of governance, compliance, privacy, and security requirements.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.
- Infrastructure or Cloud certifications preferred.
