Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and exceptional communication skills.
You will travel to WARM LEADS booked by our marketing team within the Winnipeg and surrounding area. No cold-calling or door knocking.
Compensation
This is a commission-based role. An average rep earns about 80k per year, with top reps earning 150+.
Responsibilities
- Conduct negotiations and close deals effectively, aligning client needs with company offerings
- Manage accounts by providing ongoing support, product demonstrations, and tailored solutions
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools for tracking leads, managing contacts, and analyzing sales data
- Provide technical sales support by understanding client requirements and presenting appropriate solutions
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to create long-term clients
Requirements
- Must have drivers licence and vehicle, and be willing to travel in and around the Winnipeg area
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales activities
- Technical aptitude for understanding product specifications and providing technical sales support
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Must be available evenings and Saturdays.
No previous experience selling water systems is required, however previous in-home sales experience is considered a strong asset. We are willing to train the right candidates.

Pay: $60,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
