What You'll Do
- Coordinate and dispatch spreader operators and equipment
- Build efficient daily schedules and routes
- Communicate with customers, operators, and management throughout the day
- Adapt quickly to changing weather and field conditions
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and operational updates
- Help maximize productivity across our fleet and field teams
