Pegasus Campus Catering is seeking a motivated and hands-on Café Sous Chef to lead daily operations at our busy café. This role is ideal for a strong leader who is passionate about food, organization, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support café menu development and daily feature planning
- Oversee and manage all day-to-day café operations
- Handle staff scheduling, ordering, and execution of daily specials
- Maintain accurate order sheets and inventory tracking
- Complete administrative tasks related to café operations
- Lead and supervise the café team, ensuring smooth service and accountability
- Uphold high standards in food quality, presentation, and customer experience
Qualifications:
Proven experience in menu development and food presentation
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
Experience with inventory management and ordering systems

Salary: $50,000 annually
Weekend availability required
