Job Overview
Glizzy’s Indoor Golf is a locally owned indoor golf facility in southeast Calgary. We’re looking for a professional, reliable team member to help create a fun and welcoming experience for our guests and help create community and culture. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service/hospitality. Applicants will be contacted by e-mail.
Duties
- Assist customers with golf simulators (training provided)
- Manage schedules and bookings (online, phone, and in person)
- Support day-to-day operations and maintain a clean, organized facility
- Prepare and serve food/beverage as well as manage inventory
- Assist with social media, marketing and event planning
Requirements
- ProServe certification
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, clean, organized and motivated
- Critical thinking and problem solving
Bonus Skills (Assets)
- Experience in food/beverage, hospitality and customer service
- Experience with booking, scheduling and POS systems
- Interest in golf, marketing/social media and event planning
- Experience with graphic design and web design
- Food safety and sanitation course/certificate or equivalent

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
