Overview
We are hiring Framing Labourers to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a at LEAST 1 years background in wood FRAMING including STRONG proficiency in framing tools and other related construction tasks. We specialize in custom homes and require skilled labourers who demonstrate proficiency in various techniques and tools. As a labourer you will play a crucial role in assisting in building structures that meet specifications and quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, and a commitment to safety on the job site.
Responsibilities
- Construct and install wooden frameworks for buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
- Ensure proper alignment and secure fastening of all framing components.
- Restore or repair existing structures as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in framing or related construction fields.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in construction as it relates to FRAMING.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation IS required for job.
