We are looking for a results-driven leader with a proven track record of delivering strong sales performance, developing high-performing teams, and creating exceptional customer experiences for a Wireless Store Manager opportunity in Nipawin, SK.

Your day will include:
- Leading a sales-focused culture that drives store performance and customer satisfaction.
- Achieving personal sales targets while leading by example on the sales floor.
- Coaching, mentoring, and holding team members accountable to sales goals, productivity standards, and customer experience expectations.
- Monitoring and managing store KPIs including revenue, activations, upgrades, accessory attachment, home services, and profitability.
- Identifying opportunities to grow market share and drive incremental sales through effective sales planning and execution.
- Conducting regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and development conversations to elevate team performance.
- Creating a positive, engaging, and results-oriented work environment.
- Managing day-to-day store operations, scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborating with District Sales Managers, B2B Sales Teams, and Shared Services departments including HR, IT, Inventory, and Finance.
- Staying current on emerging technology and helping customers find the right solutions for their lifestyle or business needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal Business Administration or related post-secondary education is considered an asset.
- 3 to 5 years of retail management or supervisory experience with a demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong sales acumen and a passion for coaching others to achieve and exceed results.
- Proven ability to analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities, and execute action plans to drive growth.
- Effective leadership skills with experience motivating and developing high-performing teams.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration and teamwork.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications; experience with iQmetrix is an asset.
- Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about consumer technology, wireless products, and home services.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with reliable transportation and the ability to travel for training and business purposes.
- Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays as required.
