Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Workers to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various production tasks while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining quality standards. This role requires the ability to work in a cold environment, strong communication skills, and the use of safety equipment such as slip-proof, steel-toed boots.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery and tools to assemble, package, or process materials/products.

Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure the accurate and efficient production of goods.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Inspect products for defects and quality issues during production to ensure high standards are met.

Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.

Adhere to all company safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as slip-proof, steel-toed boots.

Work in a cold environment, adhering to appropriate clothing and safety guidelines to maintain comfort and safety.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and address any issues that arise.
Requirements:

Fluent in English (both written and spoken) to effectively read, understand, and follow work instructions and safety guidelines.

Slip-proof, steel-toed safety boots are required for this position.

Ability to work in a cold environment (e.g., refrigerated or freezer settings), with appropriate attire. You will be working in 4 degree temperatures

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift.

Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy items (up to 50Ibs) as needed.
